How do I know if a product is in stock?
All products visible in the online store are in stock. If you see a model on another platform such as social networks or promotional emails and you cannot find it in the store, it is because that garment is no longer in stock.

How do I know the order number of my order?
When you place your order you will receive an email with the order number and details of your purchase, so you can track it in our store.

Can I use a discount or free shipping coupon on items with a discount already applied?
Yes, totally. Discount codes can be combined with products that have their own discount.

What payment methods can I pay with?

You can pay with a credit card, debit card or Paypal.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Can I make changes?
If you want to make a size or model change, you must inform us at saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com.
You can make a single change within a period of 15 calendar days from when you receive the order. The product must be in perfect condition: unused, without perfumes, without stains and without having been washed. With its labels, hygienic protector, and original packaging.
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if items are returned used, dirty, worn or damaged.

*The changes apply only to addresses in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. In any other case, a refund must be made.

Can I return my Saltymoon?

Yes, you have 15 calendar days to request a return from when you receive the product. It must be received in our warehouse within a period of no more than 7 days from when you requested the return.

To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition: unused, without perfumes, without stains and without having been washed. With its labels, hygienic protector and original packaging.

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if items are returned used, dirty, worn or damaged. You will be notified by email if the returned item is not suitable and it will be returned to the sender who will have to assume the costs of new shipping.

How do I care for my Saltymoon?

  • Wash your bikini by hand with cold water and neutral soap immediately after use.
  • Do not store the garment wet, hang it and dry it in the shade.
  • Keep in mind that chlorine and chemicals can affect the colors of your bikini, especially bright colors.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes, write to us indicating your information to our email saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Can someone else receive my order at the address I declared for delivery?

Anyone over 18 years of age can receive your order.

Product delivery and shipping.
Saltymoon guarantees all its products, and each product is shipped in its corresponding bag and properly packaged. If the package containing your order is open when it is delivered, please do not accept it and write to us at saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com with your order number to check it with the email.

Saltymoon will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery, when the shipping address entered by the user in the order form does not correspond to reality, or has been omitted or erroneous. For any error or change of address, the new shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

What happens if my order is lost?
In case of loss or misplacement of the order during the shipping or return process, the courier company will be responsible for the cost of the loss. Don't worry, the management will be processed by Saltymoon.

How should I proceed if I receive a defective product?
At Saltymoon we only sell items in perfect condition, so if exceptionally you receive a garment with a defect, write to us at saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com

How should I proceed if I receive an incorrect product?
If by mistake you receive an item that you did not order, write to us at saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com so we can solve the problem.

What happens if the order arrives and I'm not there?
We make our shipments through the Post Office, if you chose the home delivery method and the postal agent cannot find you , they will return the next day to deliver it to you. If you are not there on the second attempt, they will leave it for 5 calendar days at the post office closest to the address you provided so that you can pick it up. They will inform you by SMS to the mobile number that you have left us in your order.
