Delivery time
- Peninsula and standard Balearic Islands: between 3-5 business days.
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands express: in 24-48 business hours.
- Standard Portugal: between 5-7 business days.

- Standard Canary Islands: between 7-10 business days.
- Rest of Europe (EU) standard: between 7-5 business days

Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00 will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
If the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, shipping will be made on the first operational business day.
We are not responsible for any possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.
Saltymoon will not be responsible if the delivery is not made as a result of the data provided by the client being false, inaccurate or incomplete, or when the delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the client or detention in Customs.
For any error or change in shipping address, the new shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
All customs charges (if any) will be borne by the recipient. In the event that the customer rejects the package at customs, Saltymoon will not be responsible for the package or the costs associated with it.
