Can I make a size or model change?

Yes, you can make a single change to the product purchased within a period of 15 calendar days from when you receive the order.

To make the exchange, the product must be in perfect condition: unused, without perfumes, without stains and without having been washed. With its labels, hygienic protector and original packaging.

How should i do?

  1. Send us an email to saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com indicating CHANGE in the subject and informing us: Order number, swimsuit you want to change, the reason for the change and new size or model you want.
  2. Once we receive your email and verify the stock of what you want, we will notify you by the same means and you must make a transfer for the amount of €8 to cover the return and new shipping costs. If you live in the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost for the exchange is €10.
    Then we will send you the Mail label so you can make the change.

The changes apply only to addresses in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. In any other case, a refund must be made.

For addresses in the Peninsula, the exchange and return is free.

Can I make a return?

Yes, you have 15 calendar days to request a return from when you receive the product, and it must be received in our warehouse within a period of no more than 7 days from when you requested the return.

To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition: unused, without perfumes, without stains and without having been washed. With its labels, hygienic protector and original packaging.

How should i do?

  1. Send us an email to saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com indicating RETURN in the subject and informing us: Order number, swimsuit you wish to return and the reason for the return.

For addresses on the Peninsula, the return is free.

The cost of the return for the Balearic Islands is €6, which will be deducted from the amount of the bikini once reviewed. Under no circumstances will shipping costs, if any, be refunded.
If you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any other part of the world, you must assume the return cost charged by the transport company with which you choose to send it.

Once the product has been examined, we will pay you the corresponding amount using the same system you used for payment. You will receive an email confirming the payment of the return and informing you that the amount will be refunded. Refund payment may take 7-10 business days.

Saltymoon reserves the right to reject changes or returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, or items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
Exchanges or returns will not be accepted if items are returned used, dirty, worn or damaged. You will be notified by email if the returned item is not suitable and it will be returned to the sender who will have to assume the costs of new shipping.

Wrong or defective products

At Saltymoon we review all our products in detail before shipping them, guaranteeing their quality. But if on any occasion, by mistake, you receive a product that you have not ordered or with a defect, please contact us through our email saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com or WhatsApp line within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We will manage your exchange as long as the product is unused, in perfect condition, with labels, hygienic protector and its original packaging.

Once the product has been reviewed, we will send you the new one. The collection and subsequent shipping costs will be at our expense.
