Exchanges and returns
Can I change the size or model?
Yes, exchanges are free within Spain and you can make a single exchange of the purchased item within a period of 15 calendar days from when you receive the order.
Write to us at saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com indicating EXCHANGE in the subject and informing us: order number, swimsuit you want to exchange, reason for the exchange and new size or model you want.
*For all orders outside mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.*
The changes apply only to addresses in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. In any other case, a refund must be made.
Can I make a return?
Yes, you have 15 calendar days to request a return from when you receive the item, and it must be received in our warehouse within a period of no more than 7 days from when you requested the return.
Send us an email to saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com indicating RETURN in the subject line and informing us: order number, swimsuit you wish to return and the reason for the return.
*Please note that once we process your return, we will deduct €5 from the shipping costs for said return within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
*If you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or the rest of the world, you will have to assume the return cost charged by the transport company you choose to send it with.
To make an exchange or return, the garments must be in perfect condition: unused, without perfumes, without stains and without having been washed. With their labels, hygienic protector and original packaging.
How will I get my money back?
Once we have examined the item, we will refund the corresponding amount using the same method you used for payment. You will receive an email confirming the refund and informing you that the amount will be refunded. The refund payment can take 7-10 business days.
In no case will shipping costs, if any, be refunded.
Saltymoon reserves the right to reject changes or returns that are communicated or sent outside the established deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
Wrong or defective products
At Saltymoon we check all our products in detail before sending them, guaranteeing their quality. But if on any occasion, by mistake, you receive a product that you have not ordered or with a defect, please contact us through our email saltymoonbikinis@gmail.com or WhatsApp line within 48 hours of receiving the order.
We will process your exchange as long as the product is unused, in perfect condition, with labels, a hygienic protector and its original packaging. Once the product has been checked, we will send you the new one. The costs of collection and subsequent shipping will be our responsibility.
Items purchased in special promotions

Items purchased at a discount (whether through promotions, special offers or sales) can be returned within the period established in our General Returns Policy, as long as they meet the conditions of not having been used and in their original packaging.

If you decide to exchange an item purchased at a discount, you may do so for another item of equal or greater value (subject to availability), as long as the returned item is in perfect condition. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be made within the return period indicated.

If you decide to return a discounted item, the refund will be made at the value paid (the discounted price) and not at the original value of the product.
Exceptions: Some products purchased during special promotions, such as clearance sales or flash sales, may be subject to specific non-return and non-exchange conditions. The conditions will be clearly indicated in the product description and during the checkout process.
